We are proud to be a force at the forefront of an emerging industry. Our students have had unprecedented access to operators and lawmakers in early adopter states, making our graduates some of the most versatile young legal minds in cannabis.

We work closely with equity applicants and the San Francisco Office of Cannabis.

Students of the clinic provide up to 20 hours per week of pro bono services for approved social equity applicants. The services offered by the Clinic are: Expungements, Contract Review, Business Formations, Permitting Guidance, Compliance Reviews.

Our clinic proudly delivers unparalleled experiential learning.

Students have access to a variety of license holders, operators, and lawmakers in legal markets like California giving them real time experience as laws are formed in the fields of cultivation, distribution, manufacturing, and retail cannabis businesses.
